I left, and came back.

I grew up in Central Texas, left for Arizona in my twenties, and came back with a family of my own to be near the people I started out with.

I know what that move actually costs. Not just the house — the schools, the doctors, the kids leaving their friends, the weeks of not knowing a soul. I sold my own Arizona home from two states away while settling my family into a new one. That’s why I carry licenses in both Texas and Arizona, and why relocating families are the clients I take most personally.

Ask me where to start and I won’t hand you listings. I’ll tell you to spend an afternoon in downtown New Braunfels — eat somewhere, walk around, get a feel for the place before you look at a single house.

I came to real estate after years at home with my kids, looking for work they could look up to — my daughter especially. It shows in how I run a deal. I won’t underprice a home to make it sell faster, and I won’t push you toward an offer I wouldn’t sign myself.

Directly with me, start to finish — I handle every showing, offer and negotiation personally. And behind me is the strength, knowledge and resources of The Barth Group, so you get both.
